Q&A with EXL’S Analytics Group

HfS recently met with EXL’s analytics management and delivery team in their delivery center in Gurgaon, India. Over the course of a day, executives from EXL’s verticalized analytics teams briefed us on their history, their capabilities, their views on the market, and of course their future plans. In this PoV, we present some excerpts from the discussion with Ankor Rai – SVP & Global Head, Analytics – New Business, in a Q&A format. Ankor began his analytics consulting career at Mitchell Madison Group in 2000, then branched out with Inductis, an analytics consulting company, and 13 years later, jointly leads the Analytics practice at EXL, a leading business process solutions company.
