It’s time to meet Steve Koutros, Practice Leader for Research-based Sourcing Advisory services. Steve is responsible for driving practice growth (clients and people), managing client projects and building an adaptable end-to-end sourcing lifecycle process model. Steve is passionate about delivering excellence above client expectations.
Prior to founding Emperia, Steve was a Partner & Director of CFO and HR Services with ISG (TPI) and part of the EMEA Leadership team. Steve worked for Capgemini for 6 years running an energy consulting practice, a nationwide ERP solutions practice for global rollouts and a global Procurement practice from Paris. Steve has founded and run 3 consulting businesses (1985-custom software development, 2008 – banking contract negotiations and 2020 – GBS/SSC).
Steve has an M.B.A. (Accounting) from St. John’s University (New York) and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Emory University (Georgia). Steve is originally from New York, has lived in Houston, Boston, and London. Steve lives outside of Rotterdam (22 years) and speaks fluent Dutch.
