Kathryn has recently retired from Reach Enterprises, Inc., an independent consulting firm which started by her when she was 35. She has been in the management consulting industry for 30 years, mostly focused on Oil, Gas and Chemicals.

Prior to this, Kathryn was Vice President at Capgemini. Her specialty is in change management and multinational projects where she enjoyed leading diverse groups to achieve complex goals.

In her long career, she has worked with companies like Exxon Mobil, Celanese, LynodelBasell.

She lives in Tennessee and enjoys hiking, water skiing, yoga, and art.
