GenAI inspires a new S-curve of Value Creation for the IT and Business Services industry. Traditional outsourced service areas will likely lose momentum in favor of AI-led data-driven services focused on driving growth and sustaining trust.

Overnight, we have been gifted with software that can generate human-like text, understand and respond to queries, perform simple tasks, and even hold a conversation. And when it comes to business operations, business users are learning to develop applications, collaborate on process design, and elevate the speed, efficiency, and creativity of how we do business.

Simply put, in the next couple of years, we are shifting to a whole new level of business value; the next milestone is understanding where the ceiling on GenAI will come and how businesses can stay ahead of this disruption evolution to deliver real value profitably for their clients.

However, while this promise of Generative Enterprise is immense, it’s too early to celebrate. This will be an uncomfortable journey. Especially the current focus on the productivity impact of GenAI on enterprises is a dangerous narrative.

This HFS roundtable will explore the latest GenAI use cases and discuss:

  •  The extent to which GenAI is inflated and likely not to materialize in reality.
  • How GenAI can be used to enhance stakeholder experience and create entirely new sources of value for enterprise growth and innovation.
  • The importance of GenAI in helping enterprises successfully manage the Digital Dichotomy, i.e., balancing the macroeconomic “Slowdown” with the “Big Hurry” to Innovate.
