Executive Leader for Enterprise Services and Senior Client Partner
Nigel Edwards is an Executive Leader for Enterprise Services and Senior Client Partner at HFS Research. This is his second stint at the firm, bringing almost 35 years of experience in business and IT services to the table. Nigel started his career as a sourcing and supply chain specialist before moving to PwC, where he helped establish their market-leading BPS business. He subsequently joined Accenture as a partner, spearheading transformational deals globally in BPO and ITO. Hankering for the early startup days, he then took the helm of Cognizant's fledgling BPS business in Europe, which he saw grow both organically and inorganically and enter new geographical markets. Following this, Nigel led Wipro's European BPS business and, most recently, ran EXL's European business unit.
His experience spans the BFSI, retail, consumer, manufacturing, and pharma industries, having worked extensively in the UK, continental Europe, Australia, and Canada.
A continued passion for fitness led Nigel to qualify as a personal trainer during the pandemic. He’s also an avid sports fan, particularly cricket, rugby, and football. He has a deep appreciation for modern art and alternative music and enjoys the occasional glass of Guinness in a traditional UK pub.
