Capgemini reported a solid performance in the first half of 2012, and the BPO business was the most dynamic. In the last decade, the French IT giant has earned a strong reputation as one of the leaders in finance and accounting BPO.
Capgemini cemented its commitment to a global operating model by establishing operations in India in 2006 and has since expanded the company’s presence in the region with seven centers and more than 6,500 employees.
The key question now is, “What’s next for Capgemini’s BPO arm in terms of service strategy and its continued expansion in India and other global delivery locations?” Our conversation with B.L.
