As the research and analytics (R&A) industry changes, 13-year-old service provider Evalueserve is not standing still. Realizing that it is no longer enough to have a responsive service for producing corporate profiles, custom reports, and research projects, Evalueserve, is making some thoughtful changes in the way it works and the value it provides to its clients and its employees. With new IP and solutions, it is executing on its “mind+machine” methodology of augmenting human efforts with technology levers, and extending the impact of its services to help drive insight into action, what it terms “the last mile.” The pivot point for the business is “InsightBee.” 


Evalueserve caught our attention because of the example it serves of changing an established service business for the “As-a-Service Economy”, particularly addressing Accessible and Actionable Data, Plug & Play Business Services, and while not stating it directly, using a Design Thinking approach to changing its business model by looking to better understand its target client base, needs, and direction, as well as its own employee engagement.
