SYNEXX has acquired IBM’s CRM BPO business for $505 million ($430M in cash and $75M in stock) and will integrate IBM’s previous business into SYNEXX’s subsidiary Concentrix. The transaction is expected to close in a few months, with IBM retaining an equity stake in SYNEXX. IBM and SYNEXX will enter into a multi-year agreement with Concentrix becoming an IBM strategic business partner.
