HfS Research has just launched an exhaustive Blueprint study of the execution and innovation capabilities of key insurance BPO service providers in the global Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life & Annuity (L&A) segments. Our study included an analysis of sixteen service providers’ investments in developing solutions for this industry. IBM was acknowledged as a part of the Winner’s Circle in the Blueprint, in part due to its industry-leading efforts at bringing in new levels of automation into insurance processes. Concurrently with the Winner’s Circle announcement, Concentrix Corporation, a leading business services company and subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation, announced it has completed the acquisition of IBM’s global insurance business services as well as the first phase of the customer care BPO business.  
 
In this document, we discuss Concentrix’s continuation of IBM’s focus areas for automation in insurance, their plans for market adoption and the results their clients have realized thus far.
