HfS Blueprint Report: Shared Services & Outsourcing (SSO) Governance Solutions

This is the first Blueprint study to assess SSO Governance Solutions that HfS has undertaken. It begins with a review of industry trends from the 2014 State of Outsourcing study, discusses key implications and challenges on governance organizations, then highlights how Governance Solutions address challenges now and in the future. The Blueprint provides a Solution Architecture for the capability and functionality that progressive governance groups need to be successful, then provides a detailed assessment of the top providers in their ability to execute against the Solution Architecture and capability requirements.
