HfS Blueprint Report: Software Product Engineering Services Outsourcing 2015

In our inaugural Blueprint focused on the software product engineering segment of engineering services, we analyzed key engineering services outsourcing market dynamics for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and internet companies. In particular, we laid emphasis on evaluating service providers’ capabilities which could help ISVs in their As-a-Service journey. We also focused on industry benchmarking and operations improvement.

We evaluated the capabilities of 13 service providers in detail including  Alten Calsoft Labs, Belatrix, Cognizant, EPAM, Happiest Minds, HARMAN, HCL, IGATE, Luxoft, Nexient, Pactera, TCS, and Tech Mahindra.

In addition, we  looked at other service providers, including GlobalLogic, Infosys, Ness, Persistent, and Wipro.
