  • Accenture acquired ClearEdge Partners, an American IT spend management and software asset management firm, to extend its insights and purchasing expertise and manage clients’ digital transformation spending. It also acquired T.A. Cook to strengthen its asset performance management capabilities for clients in capital-intensive industries. Additionally, this month Accenture acquired Founders Intelligence, to bolster its consulting capabilities to help senior executives create and scale new business models and achieve sustainable value from innovation. Accenture made its fourth acquisition of the month, Tambourine, an e-commerce CX specialist to strengthen its world-class commerce transformation capabilities in Japan.
  • IBM acquired Australian-based hybrid-cloud consulting company SxiQ, enhancing its consulting capabilities in Australia and New Zealand to modernize applications and technology infrastructure in the cloud. It acquired ReaQta to expand its capabilities in the extended detection and response (XDR) market.
  • Deloitte acquired a leading global content production agency, Madras Global, to strengthen Deloitte Digital’s end-to-end content services capabilities, including content production, marketing automation, extended reality, and media ad production.
  • Ericsson made its significant investment by acquiring Vonage, an American cloud communications provider, for $6.2 billion. This acquisition highlights Ericsson’s urge to expand its presence in wireless enterprises and broaden its global offerings.
  • Concentrix acquired PK, a leading global CX design engineering company, for $1.6 billion to enhance its CX digital transformation capabilities, including CX design and development, AI, intelligent automation, and customer loyalty.
  • EY acquired Tao Leadership Limited to enhance its behavioral change capabilities. The acquisition will accelerate the growth of EY People Advisory Services by strengthening the already highly respected tech-enabled transformational leadership and culture change capabilities.
  • Unisys made its second acquisition of the year in the digital workplace solutions space by acquiring Mobinergy. This acquisition bolsters Unisys’ existing unified endpoint management (UEM) expertise.
