  • Atos enhanced its digital manufacturing capabilities with the acquisition of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system integrator and Dassault Systèmes Global Service Partner, Processia.
  • Coforge scaled up its business process management operation and digital solutions in financial services industry by acquiring majority stake in SLK Global Solutions for Rs 918 Crore
  • Atos made its investment on digital capabilities by acquiring Ipsotek enhancing its Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Capabilities. Later it acquired Cryptovision to bolster its Cybersecurity Capabilities in the public sector and defense market in Europe.
  • Microsoft acquired Nuance Communications, a pioneer conversational AI and cloud-based ambient clinical intelligence provider to advance the cloud strategy across healthcare industry.
  • Accenture acquired Core competence to enhance its analytics, data, and AI business functionalities. It further made its investment on organizational change management and cyber security capabilities by acquiring Root and Openminded respectively.
  • Fujitsu Australia acquired Versor, a data analytics management consultancy. This acquisition brings the capabilities of artificial intelligence and machine learning powered data engineering, advanced analytics and data sciences services to Fujitsu.
