• Wipro made its biggest and bold move by acquiring Capco for $1.5Billion in its history. The transaction positions Wipro as one of the largest end-to-end global consulting, technology and transformation service providers to the BFSI Industry.
• ServiceNow enhances its core workflow capabilities with the acquisition of Intellibot. With this acquisition, ServiceNow enhances its Now Platform with Automation and RPA capabilities
• Uipath acquired Cloud Elements, an application programming interface (API) integration platform, to expand its API-based automation capabilities.
• Cognizant made its acquisition of ESG Mobility to expand its capabilities in digital automotive engineering R&D, including in smart, connected mobility.
