Essentially creating overlays to disparate HR systems and sources of data, PeopleDoc develops applications specifically for human resources (HR) shared service and global business service functions to improve service delivery efficiency and total workforce effectiveness through improved information accessibility and accountability.
PeopleDoc definitely fills a need in the HR administrative space, which is to help improve the efficiency of collecting and controlling workforce data and information while being responsive to employee inquiries when change is a constant, exceptions arise, and self-service isn’t sufficient.
This is a widening gap that many companies overlooked when they viewed enterprise software suites and/or outsourcing as the sole paths to reduce HR administrative and operating costs in the last decade, without considering the impact of poor integrations, perpetual innovations, and human variation on the overall employee experience.
