Peoplefluent: Well Versed in the Extended Enterprise

Peoplefluent is the latest moniker of the software company built through the combination of many firms serving the workforce arena, most recently Authoria, a long-time leader in talent management, and Peopleclick, a recruiting specialist that offered a vendor management system (VMS) for contingent worker oversight as well. The combined company also acquired workforce data analytics specialist Acquire Solutions Inc. in 2011, added video management specialist KZO Innovations earlier this year, and saw a strategic investment in enterprise social software provider Socialtext by its owner Bedford Funding last year. The Bedford Funding ownership brings to Peoplefluent the financial and human capital assets to compete in the crowded talent management marketplace over the long term, while its new workplace capabilities in data integration and presentation, social collaboration, and video give Peoplefluent unique advantages to address real HR pain points in compliance as well as workforce preferences towards more dynamic and compelling interactions in the course of the business day.
