The survey set out to understand how buyers and suppliers of outsourcing services view sourcing change management
These results are from a web survey conducted by HfS Research in March 2011
96 buyers and 141 service providers responded to the survey
Questions were designed to gauge:
– How buyer organizations view the importance of change management when sourcing
– How they approach change management in practice
– Where do they think change management is most negatively impacted
– How and when they implement change management initiatives
– Whom they depend upon to support their change initiatives, and
– Where do they obtain their knowledge about change management
