With its Vision FY27 anchored by a dynamic ‘TechM Flywheel,’ the company is methodically aligning growth, operations, and organizational levers to outpace the industry. The ambition? Topline growth above peer average, industry-standard margins, and high predictability. Its Growth Strategy emphasizes a balanced industry mix, large deals, and high-value services such as AI and cloud. The Operations Strategy drives margin expansion via Project Fortius, focusing on automation, delivery excellence, and portfolio synergy. The Organization Strategy builds long-term strength through talent upskilling, cultural transformation, Mahindra Group synergies, and ESG leadership, all working together to scale sustainable growth.

Tech Mahindra is diversifying its revenue portfolio by blending a balanced industry mix with a sharp focus on high-growth service lines. It continues strengthening its core verticals-telecom, BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare through domain-led solutions and Centers of Excellence such as the Manufacturing Xperience Centre and Smart Factory services. Simultaneously, the company embeds growth-centric services such as AI, engineering, cloud transformation, and enterprise applications into its delivery backbone, ensuring relevance across transformation-led engagements. This is complemented by internal transformation initiatives that have repositioned its BPS and infrastructure businesses into solution-led, consulting-integrated offerings, expanding TechM’s role from service vendor to strategic partner.

Tech Mahindra is doubling down on key global markets such as North America, Europe, and APAC through its Turbocharge Program. Over 75% of its sales headcount is now aligned to strategic verticals and regions, powered by verticalized sales teams, deeper hyperscaler alliances, and agile go-to-market models. These efforts are succeeding, as the firm secured over $2680M in total contract value (TCV) from large, complex, multi-tower deals. Its dedicated large deal unit, Strategic Solutioning and Transformation, comprising of enterprise architects, transition experts, and deal directors, has helped drive a 42% year-over-year (YoY) increase in large deal wins, many involving cost-takeout managed services, digital transformations, vendor consolidations, IT captive carve-outs, and GCC build-outs.

Tech Mahindra’s sales and delivery integration strategy—by tightly coupling solutioning and practice functions with its sales motions—creates a consulting-led front end, especially for cloud, digital workplace, and mainframe exit programs. Underpinning this effort is Project Fortius, a company-wide drive to improve profitability and delivery productivity through automation, AI-based quality control, and an optimized workforce pyramid critical for sustaining margin expansion while delivering at scale.

However, lasting recognition as a transformation leader will ultimately depend on Tech Mahindra’s ability to translate ambition into sustained performance at scale.
