Sustainability goals must align in a global context. The 17 SDG goals are integrated to balance the development of social, economic, and environmental sustainability. As we stand at the halfway juncture the progress toward the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development needs a larger thrust to move forward than before.

Enterprises have been trying to transform themselves to meet sustainability deadlines and comply with new regulations. Those that are having the most success have changed their entire governance model, adopted dedicated roadmaps, embraced technology, and embedded SDGs into the DNA of their company. HFS’s upcoming roundtable will explore the transformation with specific reference to the energy transition.

HFS Research, in partnership with Infosys, reached out to more than 300 energy transition leaders across geographies, industries, roles, company sizes and more. We also interviewed a series of these leaders in depth.

HFS Research recently conducted an extensive study of more than 300 leaders across geographies and industries to explore the state of play regarding the energy transition and current challenges and opportunities—especially with cutting-edge technology at our disposal. This roundtable will discuss the findings of the study and pose questions such as:

  • How is your company delivering in the energy transition?
  • What are the most effective tools, technologies, and change agents to help your company move at pace with the required visibility, flexibility, and alignment?
  • How do you go about building effective value chains and disclosing accurate scope 3 emissions data?
  • How are we able to bring people together to collaborate effectively – both internally and externally to ensure our organizations and ecosystems align?

During the event, we will have dedicated breakout rooms in order to focus on specific aspects of the energy transition challenge and to cater for various industries including the non-energy / O&G industries.
