Chief Marketing & Experience Officer
Emma Melando is Chief Marketing & Experience Officer for HFS, overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing, experience strategy, brand communications, and building awareness and driving customer advocacy for the brand.
Emma is a results-oriented, data-driven marketing and business strategy leader with more than 20 years experience in marketing professional services. She has held senior-level marketing roles in London, Asia Pacific, and the US. She has consistently delivered strategic and innovative campaigns across industries, functions, and geographies. She has provided oversight for consumer insights, digital marketing, creative development, agency management, marketing effectiveness, sponsorships, and media. She most recently led marketing for KPMG’s technology offerings—launching one of the most successful marketing campaigns within the advisory function.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. She resides in Monmouth Beach, NJ, with her husband and two boys, whose obsession for American sports has her on many sidelines. As an Australian, she likes to be near (or on) a beach as much as possible.
