Ian advises on talent and the skills required to compete in the Future of Work. His focus is on helping enterprises navigate how best to upskill teams in order to embrace a OneOffice™ approach to digital transformation.

He brings a unique set of experiences, having served in back-office and front-office operations, in roles ranging from Solution Architect, to Head of Innovation, to Chief Strategy Officer. He’s held key roles at several leading BPOs. Ian is also a serial entrepreneur, having founded three companies including Symphony Ventures, an early RPA Consultancy acquired in 2018. In his career, Ian has most enjoyed working with diverse and global teams. He is inspired by the talent and tenacity required to succeed in services roles. Thus, he is driven to explore and define the capabilities and skills that individuals and enterprises need to compete in an increasingly digital, dynamic, and disruptive era of work.

Ian loves developing others and channels this as an industry influencer, frequent speaker, co-author of the book “Intelligent Automation”, and five-time LinkedIn Learning author with courses on RPA, AI, Process Intelligence, and Leadership in the era of automation.
