Allison Sagraves, Senior Vice President at M&T Bank, has been leading the New Normal since the pandemic struck, as the bank looks to re-think how to deliver solutions for customers in ways no one ever dreamed possible before. Prior to this, Allison was the founding Chief Data Officer for M & T Bank, a role she assumed in 2015 Allison was named to the 2020 Global Top 100 Innovators in Data and Analytics. Prior to this role, Allison established the bank’s global delivery model. A graduate of Harvard Business School, the youngest member of the White House staff, and member of several Boards, Allison has been a champion for women in leadership throughout her career.
