HFS just undertook a study in partnership with Genpact surveying over 400 enterprise leaders on their adoption of process intelligence. We’re excited to share insights from the study and engage with industry practitioners in this videocast.

There’s undoubtedly been a rapid rise in demand for process intelligence among Global 2000 enterprises. We’ve seen this set of technologies consistently grow in prominence among other emerging techs for the last few years. Our study similarly finds double-digit growth in spend over the next 12 to 18 months on process intelligence software and services.
