Executive Research Leader
Dana Daher is an Executive Research Leader at HFS Research, spearheading research initiatives in emerging technologies and employee experience. With a unique blend of expertise in anthropology and IT, Dana leads cutting-edge research that shapes industry landscapes across various domains, including employee experience, Agentic AI, generative AI, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and sustainability. As a thought leader, Dana has authored numerous publications on emerging technologies, digital strategy and transformation, cloud innovation, employee experience, and hybrid work environments. Before her role at HFS Research, she held leadership positions at Unisys and Info-Tech Research Group, driving impactful research and consulting initiatives in IT strategy, digital transformation, and innovation management across public and private sectors.
Dana holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Anthropology from University College London, UK. Her unique educational foundation and extensive IT expertise enable her to deliver human-centered technology solutions that create intuitive and inclusive experiences. Passionate about the intersection of technology and human behavior, Dana leverages data analysis, strategic thinking, and user-centric design to identify untapped opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies for clients.
